I suggest you use a armless rolling chair.

I suggest using these when building. I use tend to only use the shallow ones (use the others for you leftover food). What I do is empty the bag into one or more of these containers (depending if there is more than one bag in the numbered bag). 

NOTE: You can use one of the containers to store your tools.

I use these Ziploc bags to repack the bullds after I break them back down. I will do a video explaning how I do this in the near future. You can also see more information in Hint and Tricks.

I use these permanent markers to number each storage bag as I breakdown the builds.

I use tweezers to transfer decals onto the parts. Makes laying down the decals much simpler

RLECS 3pcs Steel Awls Kit for Repair Leather Shoe Sewing Cobbler Tool DIY Craft Straight Curved and Hole Hook Needle Piercer Stab Awl

You only need the middle one, but this is a great tool to loosen up flat tile pieces. Many times the back side of the puller tool that comes with the sets will not work well for pulling up these tiles, but I found that using this type of tool is easier to get under the flat tiles.
